Sokolova Online Championship – “The Show”

1. General Rule

All entry fees are non-refundable after registration closes on April 10.

2. Refund Before Registration Closing

Refund requests submitted before April 10 may be reviewed individually at the organizer’s discretion.

3. Refund After Registration Closing

After April 10, entry fees are strictly non-refundable, except in the following cases:

Refund may be granted if:

• The participant provides an official medical certificate from a licensed doctor
• The participant suffers a documented injury that makes recording the performance impossible
• The medical condition prevents participation in the championship

The organizer reserves the right to verify medical documentation.

4.Minimum Number of Participants per Category

For a category and level to be officially confirmed, a minimum of 10 participants is required.

If the required minimum number of participants is not reached in a specific category or level, the organizer reserves the right to:

• Offer the participant a transfer to another suitable category or level
• Or issue a full refund of the registration fee

The final decision regarding confirmation of a category or level remains at the sole discretion of the organizer.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in cases of:

• Change of personal plans
• Scheduling conflicts
• Failure to prepare the performance
• Dissatisfaction with judging results
• Technical recording issues not related to documented medical conditions

6. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame using the original payment method.
