Sokolova Online Championship – “The Show”

1. General Information

The Sokolova Online Championship (hereinafter referred to as “the Championship”) is an online pole dance competition open to participants worldwide.

By submitting a registration form and paying the entry fee, the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Eligibility

Participants must:

* Select the appropriate category and level

* Submit an audition video for category confirmation

* Submit 3 pictures for publication official participant announcements on the Championship Instagram page

* Comply with all performance and video requirements

* Follow Instagram platform guidelines if seeking publication

The organizer reserves the right to confirm or adjust a participant’s category and level based on the audition video.

3. Categories & Levels

Categories include:

• Exotic Flow / Exotic Flow Men
• Exotic Hardstyle / Exotic Hardstyle Men
• Pole Art / Pole Art Men
• Pole Sport / Pole Sport Men

Levels:

• Beginner
• Intermediate
• Advanced

Multiple category participation

Participants are allowed to register in more than one category.

If a participant wishes to compete in multiple categories, a separate registration and payment are required for each category.

4. Performance Requirements

• Static pole only
• Heels are mandatory
• Performance must follow official duration requirements (3–4 minutes)
• Video must be filmed horizontally (YouTube format)
• No video editing
• No added or overlaid sound

Participants must comply with all judging criteria as stated in the official championship materials.

5. Judging

All performances will be evaluated by professional judge according to the published judging criteria.

Artist Review Entry provides additional feedback but does not affect final rankings.

All judging decisions are final.

6. Prize Fund

• Cash prizes are awarded for 1st place in each category and level
• The prize fund is formed from participation fees
• Final prize amounts depend on the number of participants
• Prize details will be announced after registration closes
• Additional awards may include certificates, titles, sponsor prizes, and platform features
• All prizes, cash awards, sponsor gifts, titles, and certificates will be issued within 3–7 business days after the official announcement of the winners.

7. Media Rights

By participating, the participant grants the organizer the right to:

• Publish submitted videos
• Share performances on official platforms and social media
• Use participant’s name, photos and performance materials for promotional purposes

The participant confirms they own the rights to the submitted content.

8. Organizer Rights

The organizer reserves the right to:

• Modify competition dates if necessary
• Adjust categories based on the number of participants
• Refuse participation if rules are violated

9. Acceptance

By completing registration and paying the entry fee, the participant confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
