PERFORMANCE + VIDEO REQUIREMENTS

Performance
  1. Static pole only
  2. Heels are mandatory
  3. Artistry, facial expression, and energy
  4. Harmony between costume, concept, artistry, and music
  5. Musicality and strong connection to the music
  6. Clean execution of elements
  7. Mandatory elements: strength, flexibility, and dynamic elements
  8. Balance of movement:
    • Pole work: 70–80%
    • Floor work: 20–30%
  9. Other people may appear in the performance as part of the concept, but must not touch the pole, interfere with the performance, or block the view of the main participant
  10. There are no costume restrictions
  11. To have a chance for publication in the judge’s Instagram Reels, glutes must be covered (Instagram platform requirements)
Video
  1. Duration: minimum 3 minutes, maximum 4 minutes (music can be edited/cut to fit the time limit)
  2. Filmed horizontally (YouTube format)
  3. Good video quality and lighting
  4. No video editing
  5. No added or overlaid sound
JUDGING CRITERIA

Clean execution of elements (pointed toes, straight knees)
Balance between pole and floor work (70–80% pole / 20–30% floor)
Costume and overall image
Presentation, artistry, and musical connection
Camera presence and audience connection
Flexibility, range of motion
Level of difficulty of the elements
Appropriateness of elements for the category
Overall impression and emotional impact

Results Announcement

The winners will be officially announced on the Championship’s Instagram account – @sokolova_pole_championship during a live broadcast.

The date and time of the live session will be announced several days in advance.

Following the live announcement, the final results and selected performances will be published on the official Instagram page of the Championship.
